Informed Consent

By creating an account, enrolling in courses, or taking the Developing Emotional Competency Questionnaire (DECQ^®), you acknowledge the following:

Purpose

LEADon University provides educational leadership development, including video courses, quizzes, certificates of completion, and the DECQ^® assessment. The DECQ is a developmental instrument that produces scores and course recommendations to support personal, team, and Corporate Family^® growth. The DECQ was developed by research clinicians, but taking it is not a medical or diagnostic evaluation, and it does not create a clinician–patient or treatment relationship.

Voluntary participation

Participation is voluntary. You may stop an assessment, leave a course, or contact LEADon support at any time. Some organizational programs may require completion as a condition of employer-sponsored enrollment; those requirements are set by your organization, not by LEADon as a clinical mandate.

Data use

Your responses, scores, progress, and account information are used to deliver the learning experience, generate reports and recommendations, improve the platform, and (when applicable) provide authorized organization leaders with aggregated or role-appropriate progress views. Limitations

Results reflect self-report (and, where configured, additional perspectives) at a point in time. They are intended for developmental insight and education. LEADon does not guarantee specific career, financial, or organizational outcomes.
